With an illustrious career spanning over 20 years, Kai Werner brings a wealth of culinary expertise and creativity to Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, Bali. Known for his impeccable attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence, Kai Werner has established a distinguished reputation in the industry.
In addition to his most recent post, he has worked for renowned global brands such as Kempinski, Rennaisance Ross Bridge Golf Resort, Emirates Palace, Solaire Casino & Resort and Best Western.
As the newly appointed Executive Chef, Kai Werner will lead a team of talented chefs and culinary professionals, elevating Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, Bali’s culinary to new altitudes. He will curate exceptional menus that showcase the resort’s commitment to culinary excellence, using the finest locally sourced ingredients by pushing the boundaries of flavour and presentation.
In his role, Kai Werner will collaborate closely with the resort’s Management team to develop and execute strategic culinary initiatives. His vision includes implementing seasonal menus, organizing culinary events, and fostering partnerships with local suppliers to ensure a sustainable and authentic dining experience for Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, Bali’s esteemed guests.
