The cave by Chef Ryan Clift is an exquisite dining destination serving a seven-course or ten-course menu of Chef Ryan Clift’s modern gastronomy with optional wine and cocktail pairing.
It opened its doors for the first time in May 19, 2022, and we are now launching the fifth menu.With highlights such as Amaebi with Tigre de Leche, Potato Terrine with bone marrow andcaviar, Foie gras Paris Brest, and Wagyu Pot au Feu.
“The new menu is a melting pot of different cultures and flavours. We have flavours andinspiration of different countries complementing each other with each course.
We have ourclassic European touch of flavours such as Potato Terrine with Bone Marrow, then moving todishes like Tigre de Leche. We built a menu which has many different flavours, taking the bestflavours from each place and culture and curating them into 1″ says Malaysian-born Head ChefTay Chan Yong.
Chef Ryan and his team will help everyone who steps into the cave enjoy a unique andextensive culinary involvement.

Offering more than just a fine-dining venue, The cave adds to its epicurean flair of exquisitedining with an exceptional ambiance amidst a rare atmosphere of a cave, accompanied by a3D mapped projector show set out on the cave’s walls in between courses.
